Invoice sharing
Attach the invoice as a PDF and share it with the customer in one click; the customer only sees what is shared.
Scope 3 report
Transport-related emissions are calculated for every shipment; customers can export them directly to their sustainability reports.
Frequently asked questions
Do our customers also have to open an account?
No. Your customer can open a portal account with your company code to view appointments, slips, invoices, and reports if they wish; if not, you continue to manage the shipments yourself.
We use a vehicle tracking system other than Arvento.

Where is our data stored?
Data is kept in a database segregated by organization and protected by row-level security rules. Integration passwords are stored in an encrypted format.
How long does the setup take?
The company account is opened on the same day. You can create your first shipment immediately after adding your vehicle, driver, and customer lists.
